We are pleased to inform you that the course has been open today. We are hopeful we have seen the last of the wet weather and the course will remain open over the weekend. The course became very wet last Sunday when, due to heavy rain, the men's shotgun competition had to be abandoned with 5 or 6 holes left to play.

Presidents Plate Final

The Hargrove A team have reached the final of the Presidents plate where they will meet Llanymynech Golf Club. The final will be played over two legs with the first being at Shrewsbury this coming Sunday. The team tee off at 10am and would welcome any support.

Seniors Coaching 

Thank you for the seniors that attended the coaching on Wednesday, it was great to see such a good number turn out to try and improve their chipping for the coming season. Next week the focus will be on pitching, with two sessions running - one at 10am and one at 11am. Please contact the pro shop to book a time.

We now have in stock this year's wood range from TaylorMade. The new R15 and Aero Burner range look fantastic and have had some great reviews. If you would like to get fitted or try the new clubs please contact the pro shop.

New in for this year we have Men's and Ladies Nike Shoes. The shoes which are worn by World Number One Rory McIlroy and many other European Tour golfers look fantastic and are packed full of technology to make them one of the most comfortably shoes on the market.

Ladies Fashion Show

This event will take place on Wednesday 18th March starting at 10.30am. This is always a great day and any money raised from the coffee morning and raffle prizes will be donated to the Lady Captain's Charity for this year which is the PRH's Neonatal Unit. Please come along with your friends and see all of this summer's clothing from all the big brands in ladies golf.

Quiz Night

It’s time to get your thinking caps on, brush up your general knowledge and round up some friends for our next quiz night. Teams of four will battle it out for mental supremacy and some excellent prizes on 14th March. It’s only £5 per team member and includes a finger buffet.
