Helping you through lockdown While this is a disappointing time for all golfers across the country, we really hope you keep safe during this time and take care of yourselves and others during this tough period. We're looking forward to seeing you in and around the club in December! Pro shop will be open from 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday for click and collect. Weekend by arrangement. This should be strictly by online orders or via contacting me first as we need to comply by government guidelines for non-essential retail.
With Christmas around the corner, the golf industry is continuing to produce goods, there is still a backlog with most companies which they are trying to clear. The pro shop will be open for deliveries and collections.

Last weekend we got hit by storm Aiden which brought heavy rain and strong winds which brought down tree branches and covered the course in autumn leaves making scoring difficult for most. Congratulations to all those that ventured out to compete in the Mixed Bourne Trophy.
Despite the difficult ground conditions, the winners scored an incredible 44 points to win by 7 points!

Augusta looms Masters week is an exciting time for any avid golfer. It's when we get to watch our favourite golfers battle it out on one of the most iconic courses in the world. Flowers in full bloom, an array of beautiful colours, and a course in pristine condition year-after-year. Augusta National is a special place, so we thought we'd run through some of the standout Masters memories ahead of next week's showdown. Sunday Shifts
In 1996, Greg Norman turned a six-stroke Sunday lead into a five-stroke loss to Nick Faldo. In 1978, Gary Player started the final round eight strokes behind before shooting the lowest-ever final round (64) at Augusta to claim the Green Jacket! Fighting Spirit
Tiger’s incredible 2019 comeback win springs to mind, but Ben Hogan recovered from a terrible car crash in 1949 to win The Masters by five strokes in 1953. Ben Crenshaw’s 1995 victory came in the same week as the funeral of long-time instructor Harvey Penick. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Hole-outs, playoffs and plenty of drama…Send us a message with your favourite Masters memory.
