We had a great turn out for the Bank Holiday stableford last Monday with over 125 men and ladies competing.

In the mixed competition, we had the Largs Trophy, which is a mixed foursomes event. Congratulations to Adrian & Alice Wheeler.

Ladies Medal/Jubilee & Mary Beddard Cup
Congratulations to our Lady Captain Linda Mottram who won the Jubilee Cup with a nett 74, and well done to Pat Turner who won the Mary Beddard Cup.

Junior Open Day Sunday 11th May 2pm to 4 pm
This Sunday we have an open afternoon for juniors starting at 2.00pm and lasting for a couple of hours. If any members know of any family members or friends who have children who may be interested in golf then please contact the pro shop and bring them along for an introduction to the sport and some free coaching. Open Day
On Sunday 18th May we will be running an Open Family day at the golf club that offers FREE Coaching and get into golf activities for golfers and non golfers. We are looking for you to bring along friends, family or colleagues who would like to try golf, all equipment and practice balls will be provided on the day. Refreshments will also be provided in the clubhouse. This is a great opportunity to introduce your family and friends to golf, the FREE coaching session will run from 2pm til 4pm. Tuesday 13th May 6.30 – 7.30
Every year we offer a course of lessons for lady Beginners. This year it will on a Tuesday evening from 6.30 starting in May. The course lasts for 5 weeks and we will supply all the necessary equipment. If you know of any friends or family members who may want to try golf or possibly get back into the sport after a long layoff please contact the pro shop.
